How long do your candles burn?
Our 8 oz jars burn roughly 45–50 hours and the 16 oz jars about 90 hours, when you let the wax pool reach the edge on the first burn.
What is in your wax?
Our candles use a soy blend. Please check each product description for the details provided for that item, or contact Nana's Homestead with a question before ordering.
When will my order ship?
Orders are poured, packed and mailed within 2–4 business days. You'll get an email when it leaves the homestead.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, and it's free. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll arrange a time at the homestead.
Something is sold out — will it come back?
Most likely. We pour in small batches, so favorites sell through quickly. Seasonal scents return with their season.
Can I order a custom or wholesale batch?
We love custom pours for weddings, markets and shops. Send us a note through the contact page with quantities and timing.
What is your return policy?
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
